Find out which of your favourite celebs have openly admitted to using dating apps

Finding a potential romantic partner is tough for most people-and it turns out even A-list celebrities aren't immune to the struggle.
From celeb-exclusive app Raya to more mainstream platforms like Tinder and Bumble, online dating fever has also lured a surprising number of Hollywood stars.
Below are some of the biggest names who have openly admitted to giving dating apps a try.
Zayn Malik:

The former One Direction member has opened up about his dating life after his on-again, off-again relationship with model Gigi Hadid which officially ended in 2021.
In a May 2024 interview with NYLON, Zayn revealed that dating apps wasn't exactly smooth sailing.
“Everyone accused me of catfishing. They’re like, ‘What are you using Zayn Malik’s pictures for?’ " he said, adding, “It’s not been too successful for me, I’ll be honest.”
David Harbour & Lily Allen:

The Stranger Things star revealed during a June 2022 appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden that he and his then-wife, Lily Allen, were introduced to each other through the app Raya.
"We met on one of them dating apps, and then we went on a date ... in London. She walked in and she said — she claims to have fallen in love with me at first sight — 'When I saw you, I saw the biggest person I'd ever seen in my life and also the smallest person I'd ever seen in my life,'" David revealed.
It is worth noting that the couple were married for four years before calling it quits in February 2025.
Drew Barrymore:

In a January 2021 episode of her talk show, The Drew Barrymore Show, the host and actress disclosed that after years of being hesitant to date again, she changed her mind after watching the steamy Netflix hit Bridgerton.
"I got back on a dating app during Bridgerton," Drew admitted, adding, "I was like, 'I'm not dead! I'm not dead!' For me, that was a big step."
A few years later, she shared she still hasn't fully gotten used to the apps.
"Every time I get on there, it does not feel great. I always last five days," the Charlie’s Angels actress said on her show in January 2024.
Drew added,” And this time my app has changed where it shows people like you, so it’s very flattering ... but I don’t know who anyone is, and it just feels scary to go out with a stranger."
Khloé Kardashian:

Following her breakup with NBA player James Harden in 2016, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared on her no-longer-existing website KhloewithAK.com that she had a dating profile on OkCupid, which her best friend set up for her.
"I've never done online dating before, but just for s---- and giggles, Malika [Haqq] and I decided to fill one out. It was actually really fun to do, LOL!" Khloé said.
Katy Perry:

Lastly, back in 2014, the Firework hitmaker told The Breakfast Club radio show that she was spending quite a bit of time on Tinder.
"I'm really deep on Tinder, so I don't have a whole lot of time," she joked.
In a surprising twist of events, Katy met Orlando Bloom on the app, and they welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, in 2020.
Unfortunately, the couple later announced that they ended their engagement, according to People.
