Is Prince George really the future King of Britain?
Prince George: The boy destined for the crown

A new royal lineage begins
Prince George is the firstborn son of Prince William and Princess Catherine of Wales. He's set to be the second king in the new infant of the British throne. His birthday was on July 22 2013.
His royal lineage indicates he is probably the next ruler succeeding his father Prince William and grandfather King Charles III. The royal family does not state otherwise, so it must be accepted as fact.
Summary of confined childhood
At his young age, Prince George has undergone a somewhat partial assimilation to royal duties. He has reportedly been seen during the moments of the major royal functions like the Trooping the Colour and the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations (BBC News).
However, it is the objective of both William and Catherine to enable him to have as much of a normal childhood as possible. His raising is done in the dichotomy of royal demands and a quiet lifestyle.
The head that wears the crown
Having a possible future king in the family has its advantages and complications. Royal historian Robert Lacey explains how the king in the making George will be raised knowing of how he is expected to carry himself, but for his own good, his parents will be patient.
The world is changing, and so must his reign. Unlike those who came before him, he will offer a level of transparency and approach-ability that is expected in the modern world.
Will He Become A King?
George’s succession to the throne appears to be indecisive. History has taught us that these situations are very sensitive and changes can occur. Public opinion, lack of foresight, or abdication play an important part in it.
