Shocking myths about Royal family that will leave you stunned
Truth about Royal family exposed

The British royal family has always been of great interest all over the world and has centuries worth of tradition and secrecy. Therefore, it is no surprise that there has been an array of misconceptions.
Some of these misconceptions, though, vastly differ from the truth. With that in mind, let’s fine some of the more intriguing misconceptions.
The Royals don't have last names
According to official Royal family website, It is often believed that the royal family as a whole do not use surnames. The truth is, they do. Since 1917, descendants of King George V have carried the family name, Windsor.
However, in 1960, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip decided that their descendants would have the option of using the surname, Mountbatten-Windsor.
The Queen or King own all the swans
With regards to medieval laws, the belief that the Queen (or King) is in possession of all the swans is a bit peculiar. As per BBC, the monarch only owns, as of unmarked mute swans, certain stretches along the River Thames.
To this day, unmarked mute swans are counted and ceremoniously accepted during the “Swan Upping” in July which perpetuates the myth.
Royals don't carry cash
Members of the royal family, specifically, are not believed to have any cash on them.
The Town and Country magazine revealed that while they are at official events, having no money is a personal use like donations to the church.
The Family Lives a Fairy-Tale Life
The members of the Royal Family have their own share of difficulties even with the palaces and ceremonies. Their lives are, however, unlike the imagined, completely fictional, and make-believe.
They are not able to marry commoners
This rule faded long ago. Examples of non-royals joining the monarchy include Princess Diana, Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle.
The Royal Family might still be shrouded in mystery, though de-mything them reveals that they are closer than most would imagine to the ordinary.
