Prince William and Kate Middleton finally receive German president and his wife
Prince William and Kate Middleton stepped out to welcome their guests, President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and First Lady Elke Büdenbender, at the Heathrow Airport.
The Prince and Princess of Wales made a regal appearance on December 3, with William dressed in a sleek suit-and-coat combo and Kate donning a royal blue coat dress with matching headwear.
According to HELLO!, “William proceeded to introduce them to the waiting dignities and could be seen to be holding and reading a piece of white card, as he announced the names of those in the lining party.”
The royal pair then escorted their guests to meet King Charles and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are expected to attend the state banquet set to be held in President Frank-Walter Steinmeier’s honour this evening, while his state visit will conclude on December 5.
