Alan Ritchson’s neighbour speaks out after alleged street altercation
'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson faces allegations of a street altercation
A neighbour of Alan Ritchson has spoken out following an alleged physical altercation involving the Reacher star over the weekend in Tennessee.
According to reports, local resident Ronnie Taylor claimed the incident began after he confronted the actor about speeding on a motorcycle in their neighborhood. Taylor said he initially asked Ritchson to slow down out of concern for safety.
The situation reportedly escalated the following day when Taylor again approached Ritchson while he was riding past.
Taylor alleged that he stepped in front of the motorcycle and pushed it, prompting a confrontation.
He claimed the actor then got off the bike and physically attacked him, striking him multiple times and knocking him to the ground.
Taylor said he sustained visible injuries, including bruising and scratches, but added that he does not hold any personal animosity toward the actor.
Video footage circulating online appears to show part of the altercation, though details remain disputed.
Sources close to Ritchson have offered a different account, alleging that the actor was first pushed off his motorcycle by an aggressive neighbour, leading to the scuffle.
Authorities have been notified, and an investigation is currently underway. No arrests have been made so far.
Ritchson, also known for roles in Fast X and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, has not publicly commented on the incident.
