Travis Kelce cheers on Brittany Mahomes with sweet nickname after major milestone

Brittany Mahomes is celebrating a major milestone with plenty of love from her inner circle.

The 30-year-old sports personality was inducted into the University of Texas at Tyler Athletics Hall of Fame on March 28, recognizing her standout collegiate soccer career. 

The moment quickly turned into a heartfelt celebration, with support pouring in from husband Patrick Mahomes and family friend Travis Kelce.

Taking to Instagram, Brittany reflected on the honor, calling it a defining moment in her journey. 

“Truly honored to be inducted… This city and this school is a huge part of who I am today,” she wrote, adding that she would “forever cherish” the recognition.

She also paid tribute to her former coach, Stefani Webb, crediting her for shaping both her athletic and personal growth.

But it was Kelce’s playful comment that caught fans’ attention. Celebrating the achievement, he dubbed her “HOF Britt” — a nod to her Hall of Fame status — while Patrick added a simple but heartfelt, “Congrats!!!! Love you!”

Brittany’s induction comes as recognition of her impressive time with the UT Tyler Patriots from 2013 to 2016, where she scored 31 goals, including 18 in her senior year alone.

Beyond her college success, she went on to play professional soccer briefly before transitioning into fitness and business, later becoming co-owner of the National Women’s Soccer League team Kansas City Current.
