Jonah Hill confirms marriage to Olivia Millar during Scorsese interview

Jonah Hill has officially confirmed his marriage to longtime partner Olivia Millar, while simultaneously revealing the arrival of their second child.

The forty-two-year-old actor shared the personal update during a comprehensive conversation with legendary filmmaker Martin Scorsese for Interview Magazine.

A representative for Hill subsequently confirmed the news to PEOPLE, stating that the Oscar-nominated star is "happy" with the new addition to his family.

During the exchange, Hill spoke candidly about the shifting priorities that come with fatherhood and his dedication to his craft.

"And I have two kids now. The only thing that could separate me from my family is the editing room," he shared. "I love the writing, I love the shooting, but editing... It's like dessert every day. Even the problems are dessert."

The actor seemingly formalised his status with Millar by referring to her directly as his "wife" when discussing his latest cinematic project, Outcome, which premieres today, on Apple TV.

Hill and Millar, the daughter of prominent 1980s model Esmé Marshall, were first linked publicly in September 2022. The couple, who welcomed their first child in June 2023, have largely maintained a private domestic life.

"I was saying to my wife, 'He's seeing it over the weekend, so what if he hates it but already agreed to do it?'" Hill added, recounting his nerves regarding Scorsese's feedback on his directorial work.

The actor, who previously appeared in The Wolf of Wall Street, wrote, directed, and starred in Outcome. He is expected to continue his focus on independent filmmaking and production ventures throughout the coming year.
