Tahj Mowry, the former child star of the beloved 1990s sitcom "Smart Guy", sent fans into a frenzy this Tuesday after sharing a monochrome photograph of his impressive physical transformation.

The 39-year-old actor posted the image to his Instagram account, tahj_mowry, featuring himself in a skintight, long-sleeved workout top and short athletic shorts.

Reclining on the grass after an apparent training session, the actor simply captioned the striking image with the words, "Water break."
