Kylie Jenner is facing a second lawsuit from a former domestic employee, just one week after a similar case was initiated by another member of her household staff.

On Wednesday, Juana Delgado Soto filed a legal complaint against the Kylie Cosmetics founder, her supervisor, Itzel Sibrian, and several associated entities.

The lawsuit, obtained by The Times, alleges a range of workplace violations, including racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, and a systemic failure to provide mandated meal and rest breaks.

Soto claims that during her employment, which intensified in difficulty following the appointment of Sibrian as supervisor in late 2023, she was subjected to verbal abuse.

According to the filing, Sibrian allegedly mocked Soto’s accent, race, and immigration status. Despite Soto writing personal letters to Jenner seeking intervention and filing formal complaints with human resources in 2024, she alleges that the situation remained unresolved.

Soto further claims that after a brief removal, Sibrian returned and engaged in retaliatory actions, including cutting her pay and intentionally overwhelming her with excessive workloads.

A spokesperson for Jenner declined to comment on Thursday, noting that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star had not yet formally reviewed the lawsuit.

Soto is represented by attorney Della Shaker, who also acts on behalf of Hernandez Vasquez, another former staffer who filed a similar suit on 17 April.

Vasquez’s case alleges "severe and pervasive harassment" occurring between September 2024 and August 2025.

These concurrent legal challenges place renewed scrutiny on the management practices within Jenner’s multi-million dollar domestic operations.
