Weight loss is frequently associated with excessive dieting and extreme exercise sessions, yet the reality involves fixing everyday habits.

Raj Ganpath, a fitness expert, shared on his Instagram post on Thursday that consistency is the primary factor for success. He argues that staying dedicated to small, manageable changes leads to significant final results over time.

Everyday Habits for Success

Ganpath suggests focusing on a few core practices rather than making the process overly complicated. These daily actions provide a structured path toward a healthier lifestyle:

  • Walking: This is the most underrated practice. Start with 6,000 steps daily if 10,000 feels overwhelming.
  • Exercise: Showing up for even 10 minutes matters. Activities can include swimming, running, yoga, pilates, or zumba.
  • Eat right: Avoid fad diets; instead, focus on balanced portions including more protein and vegetables.
  • Limit junk food: Deprivation leads to cravings. Raj recommends limiting intake rather than complete elimination for sustainability.
  • Stop overeating: How much you eat determines your weight and size. It is advised to stop eating before you feel fully satisfied.
  • Sleep enough: The body requires rest to refresh. Observe how low sleep affects your choices and energy.

"What you eat determines your health and composition, and how much you eat decides your weight and size," Ganpath noted.

By prioritising these balanced methods over extreme measures, individuals can achieve a physique that is both healthy and maintainable without the stress of constant deprivation.
