A former DoorDash driver has been indicted in New York after allegedly recording and sharing a video of a nude customer without consent, authorities said.

Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in an Oswego County courtroom after a grand jury handed down charges related to unlawful surveillance.

The case stems from an incident in which Henderson, while delivering a food order, allegedly filmed a man inside his residence and later posted the footage on social media.

According to investigators, the man appeared to be unconscious and incapacitated at the time, lying nude on a couch inside his apartment.

Authorities stated that the video was taken from outside the residence and shared publicly, raising serious concerns about potential privacy violations.

Police further allege that Henderson later filed a report accusing the man of sexual assault.

However, following an investigation, officials said no evidence was found to support that claim.

The man, identified as the alleged victim, cooperated with authorities throughout the investigation, officials confirmed.

Henderson was initially arrested in November in connection with the incident.

Prosecutors now accuse her of unlawfully capturing and disseminating images of an individual in a situation where there was a reasonable expectation of privacy, describing the act as degrading and non-consensual.

She has pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and second-degree unlawful surveillance, according to court records.

Henderson is scheduled to return to court on June 5 as the case proceeds.
