British content creator and influencer Emma Adams has died at the age of 44 following a long battle with breast cancer, after building a deeply personal online following documenting her illness and final journey.

News of Adams’ passing was confirmed through a pre-recorded video shared on her TikTok and Instagram accounts, where she had amassed more than 50,000 followers.

In the emotional message, she reflected on her life, her family, and her final wishes for how she would be remembered.

“I want you to remember me from the way that we were in our lives together,” she said in the video, which she reportedly recorded before her death.

Adams, an Ipswich-based mother, became widely followed online after sharing her experience with cancer and documenting her “cancer bucket list,” created alongside her daughter, Issy, who recently turned 18.

The list chronicled meaningful experiences and goals the pair hoped to complete together during her illness.

Throughout the video, Adams expressed gratitude to those who supported her, including close friends, family members, and collaborators who stood by her during her health journey.

She also paid tribute to her business partner, Mandeep Birdy, with whom she co-founded the cancer support initiative Hope to Connect, designed to help patients feel less isolated.

“I am so grateful for the opportunities that we have had together,” she said, highlighting the importance of the project in her life.

One of the most emotional moments in the message came as she addressed her daughter directly, offering love and encouragement for the future.

“I just don’t even know how to find the words to tell you how much I love you,” she said. “You mean the absolute world to me… I hope that you live the best life that you can with the strength that I know you have.”

Adams was first diagnosed with triple-negative stage 3 breast cancer in 2023.

After undergoing treatment and initially being declared cancer-free, she was later told in early 2025 that the cancer had returned and progressed to stage 4.

Doctors reportedly gave her a prognosis of 12 months at that time.

In her final message, Adams expressed hope that those she left behind would find peace in her passing.

“You can live knowing that I am happy and I am no longer in pain,” she said. “Thank you to everyone who has walked into my life and given me some kind of joy.”
