Chelsea Handler is giving fans a look at her evolving fitness routine, sharing a lighthearted but impressive gym update as she continues training during her ongoing High and Mighty tour.

The 51-year-old comedian posted a video on Instagram showing her steady strength progression, beginning with a “week 1” clip where she lifted a 25-pound dumbbell while balancing on one leg and engaging her core.

“I’m going full Jersey,” Handler captioned the post, tagging her trainer Ben Bruno, who guided her through the session with a mix of coaching and humor.

As the routine continued, Handler increased the weight over time, moving from 25 pounds in early sessions to 30 pounds at week four. By week six, she was seen lifting 35-pound dumbbells, marking a noticeable jump in strength.

“Damn, bro,” Bruno joked from behind the camera as he watched her power through the exercise.

The clip also captured Handler’s trademark humor, as she questioned the purpose of the exercise before Bruno explained it was designed to target core and back strength. Despite her playful skepticism, she continued the workout as the session progressed.

Handler ended the video with a smile, highlighting her steady commitment to training while juggling a packed touring schedule across cities including Chicago, Indianapolis, and Louisville.

The comedian has previously shared that her fitness routine is less about appearance and more about strength, energy, and overall wellbeing, especially while managing the demands of travel and live performances.

Handler has long been open about her approach to health, emphasizing in past interviews that staying physically and mentally strong is essential for her lifestyle and work.
