Logan Paul shares injury update after Torn triceps sidelines WWE run
Recovery is expected to take several months, according to reports
Logan Paul has shared a new update with fans following a serious injury that left him sidelined during a key phase of his WWE career.
The 31-year-old influencer-turned-wrestler recently suffered a torn triceps, an injury that has temporarily halted his in-ring momentum after what had been a strong run in professional wrestling.
Despite the setback, Paul took to social media to post a series of candid updates from his recovery, mixing humor with reflections on his condition.
“Things are going great, never been better,” he wrote alongside images showing him dealing with the injury.
In another post, Paul acknowledged the contrast between his recent peak physical form and his current recovery period.
“Crazy how I went from body slamming 300 pounds dudes to barely being able to bounce a ball,” he wrote. “Life comes at you fast kids.”
Paul had been building significant momentum in WWE in recent months, with his athletic performances earning attention and positioning him prominently within the company’s storyline landscape. However, the injury has now paused his in-ring activity for an estimated recovery period of several months.
As part of that disruption, WWE reportedly removed his World Tag Team Championship belt during his recovery phase, although his official status within company records has not been formally updated.
Outside the ring, Paul’s partner, model Nina Agdal, has been seen supporting him during his rehabilitation period.
Medical expectations suggest recovery could take at least six months, during which Paul is expected to scale back physical activity significantly while focusing on healing.
In the meantime, Paul is continuing to remain active across his various business ventures, including projects in the beverage, snack, media, and investment sectors.
