Tiger Woods is continuing his treatment abroad as he navigates ongoing legal challenges and personal strain, while also supporting his girlfriend Vanessa Trump during her recent breast cancer diagnosis, according to sources.

The 50-year-old golf champion is currently undergoing a structured treatment program in Switzerland following a March car accident that resulted in a DUI charge.

A source close to Woods told People he is expected to remain at the facility through the end of June as part of a planned three-month rehabilitation program.

“The original plan was for Tiger to do a three-month rehab program, which should stay on target unless something major changes,” the source said, adding that Woods is “doing the best he can” while dealing with both recovery and legal pressures.

The insider noted that Woods is facing significant stress as he continues treatment, but remains focused on recovery and a potential return to professional golf in the future.

“I don’t know when it will be or how he will do it, but Tiger is determined to return,” the source said.

“He has to get his pain management going in the right direction and also be able to continue a fitness routine.”

Woods has reportedly also been balancing time between his treatment abroad and personal matters in Florida, where he briefly returned to be with Vanessa Trump after she underwent a medical procedure related to her cancer diagnosis.

According to another source, the couple has remained closely connected throughout both of their health-related challenges, maintaining regular communication and offering mutual support.

“They talk and share their lives as they have been doing for the entire time they have been together,” the source said, describing their relationship as steady and supportive.

The source added that both Woods and Trump are managing demanding personal circumstances, with each facing significant health and family responsibilities.

Woods’ return to Florida earlier this year also coincided with time spent with Trump’s family, including attending a milestone event for her daughter, highlighting the personal side of his recent visit.

The golfer’s legal situation stems from his March arrest following a rollover crash, after which he was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a urine test. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to court documents.

Despite the challenges, sources say Woods remains committed to his recovery process and future return to competitive golf, though no timeline has been set for his comeback.

Vanessa Trump, meanwhile, continues to focus on her health following her diagnosis. She shares five children with her former husband, Donald Trump Jr., while Woods has two children from his previous marriage to Elin Nordegren.
