Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly preparing to tie the knot at New York’s iconic Madison Square Garden over the July 4 holiday weekend, in what sources describe as a highly private and tightly controlled celebration.

The 36-year-old singer-songwriter and Kansas City Chiefs star have allegedly chosen the famed venue where Swift has performed multiple times throughout her career for their wedding, according to a report by the New York Post’s Page Six.

A source said security and secrecy have been top priorities for the couple as they plan the event.

“Everyone’s been sworn to secrecy,” the insider said. “Privacy was of number one importance to both of them.”

The venue, which typically hosts large-scale concerts and sporting events, reportedly has no bookings scheduled between June 29 and July 6, fueling speculation that preparations are underway for a private ceremony during that window.

According to Page Six, logistical arrangements could include discreet guest transportation via blacked-out buses and the use of multiple entrances to ensure privacy within the arena.

“If you have billions you can transform the space into a wedding venue,” a source noted, suggesting the stadium could be reconfigured for the exclusive event.

The guest list is expected to include a number of high-profile names from Swift’s inner circle, including Karlie Kloss, Zoë Kravitz, Ed Sheeran, the Haim sisters, Suki Waterhouse, Gigi Hadid and Selena Gomez, according to reports.

The wedding speculation comes as Swift continues to dominate global headlines following her record-breaking success across music and touring.

She was recently named the richest female musician in history, with an estimated net worth of around $2 billion, according to Forbes’ 2026 Iconoclast 50 list.

Her financial success has been driven by the massive earnings from her Eras Tour, as well as recent albums including The Tortured Poets Department (2024) and The Life of a Showgirl (2025).

Additional revenue has come from her re-recorded catalog, following the acquisition of her master recordings in 2025 in a reported $360 million deal.

Kelce, meanwhile, remains one of the most recognizable figures in American sports, and the couple’s relationship has continued to attract intense public attention since they began dating.

Neither Swift nor Kelce has publicly confirmed wedding plans, and details of the reported ceremony remain unverified.
