Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict revise co-parenting agreement
Court documents show the former couple have updated their co-parenting arrangement for their two children
Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict have agreed to updated child custody terms, more than three years after finalising their divorce.
According to court documents obtained by People, the former couple reached a new agreement concerning their two children, son Cree, 15, and daughter Cairo, 8.
Under the revised arrangement, Mowry, 48, and Hardrict, 46, agreed that neither parent will visit the other's home unless they receive an invitation.
The agreement also allows Hardrict to visit the children during Mowry's parenting time, provided the visits include both children unless circumstances prevent it.
Representatives for both actors have not publicly commented on the updated custody terms.
Mowry announced the couple's separation in October 2022 after 14 years of marriage, telling fans that the decision was made with sadness but that they would remain friends while co-parenting their children.
Their divorce was finalised in April 2023, with the former spouses receiving joint legal and physical custody.
Their original parenting agreement also included a provision preventing either parent from introducing the children to a new romantic partner before dating that person for at least six months.
Since the split, Mowry has spoken candidly about adjusting to life as a single mother, describing the challenges of balancing multiple responsibilities while learning to prioritise her own well-being.
Despite ending their marriage, the actress has consistently emphasised maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship with Hardrict.
She previously said they planned to spend holidays together as a family, adding that their bond as parents remains unchanged.
Mowry has also shared that choosing to end the marriage was, in part, motivated by what she believed was best for their children, saying she wanted them to see their mother living authentically.
