Sandra Bullock long-time partner Bryan Randall died at 57 after private ALS battle
Sandra Bullock is mourning the loss of her long-time partner Bryan Randall who died on August 5, 2023 at the age of 58 after his private ALS battle.
Hollywood A-listers who supported Sandra during hard times:
Prior to the death of Bryan, Hollywood celebrities such as the likes of Friends alum Jennifer Aniston, Bullock's opposite lead in The Proposal Ryan Reynolds, and longtime pal Octavia Spencer and others stood by her side amid the hardest times.
Less than a month ahead of Bryan’s death, the Deadpool actor wished Bullock on her 59th birthday on July 26,2023.
Reynolds shared an epic nude scene from their romantic-comedy film The Proposal and wrote, “Happy Birthday to the inimitable and stunning Sandra Bullock! For your birthday this year, I got us both intimacy coordinators. And an HR department. And clothing?”
Meanwhile, the Murder Mystery star also shared a video along with three photos to express her love for the Gravity actress.
'Happy Birthday Sand-a-La!!' wrote Aniston in the caption.
In addition to this, the We’re the Millers actress also shared another video in which she can be seen enjoying a baking session with Bullock and their common friend Sean Hayes.
The video was followed by a selfie of Aniston with Bullock, and her former Friends co-star Courteney Cox, and other pals from a dinner party.
“WE LOVE YOU!!!” wrote the 54-year-old actress in the caption.
Octavia Spencer also paid a gushing tribute to The Lost City actress on her 59th birthday by sharing two photos of her with Bullock from 2012 Oscars.
Bullock and the Hidden Figures actress are friends since 1996, when they both starred in A Time to Kill.
In addition to this, at the premiere of her film The Lost City in March 2022, her fellow actress Demi Moore also accompanied her.
Bullock also seemingly shares a close bond with live show host Jimmy Kimmel, Katherine McPhee and her music producer husband David Foster.
In 2019, all of them rejoiced her 55th birthday, which was celebrated months before the outage of deadly virus COVID-19 followed by a strict two-year lockdown.
That birthday bash also marked Bullock’s last public appearance with her Bryan.

The Lost City star’s sister Gesine Bullock-Prado shared that Bullock has been a caring companion to the late model.

She further added, "ALS is a cruel disease but there is some comfort in knowing he had the best of caretakers in my amazing sister and the band of nurses she assembled who helped her look after him in their home. Rest in peace, Bryan."
Bryan Randall's family's statement:
To note, the tragic news of Bryan’s death was announced via statement shared by his family, which read, “'It is with great sadness that we share that on Aug. 5, Bryan Randall passed away peacefully after a three-year battle with ALS.”
The statement also revealed that, “Bryan chose early to keep his journey with ALS private and those of us who cared for him did our best to honor his request.”
“We are immensely grateful to the tireless doctors who navigated the landscape of this illness with us and to the astounding nurses who became our roommates, often sacrificing their own families to be with ours,' the statement further explained.
Bryan’s family signed off the statement noting, “At this time we ask for privacy to grieve and to come to terms with the impossibility of saying goodbye to Bryan.”
