According to reports, Lopez has officially left the former marital residence and settled into a new mansion in Los Angeles, marking a fresh chapter in her life after the end of her marriage.
The luxurious property, reportedly valued at around $18 million, was purchased in March 2025 after the star spent months searching for the right home.
Sources cited by the Daily Mail claimed Lopez is delighted with the residence, with one insider describing it as her own “Barbie Dreamhouse.”
The move comes after a period of major personal change for the entertainer, who has focused on rebuilding her life and career following her split from Affleck.
Reports indicate that Lopez began house hunting in April 2024, around the same time divorce proceedings were underway.
The property search ultimately led her to the Los Angeles mansion, which she reportedly acquired nearly a year before moving in permanently.
Earlier this week, the On the Floor singer appeared to give fans a glimpse of her new surroundings, sharing moments from the property while spending time near the pool.
The images offered a rare look inside the estate and suggested that Lopez is settling comfortably into her new home.
Lopez and Affleck's highly publicized relationship came to an end after the couple separated in 2024.
Since then, the multi-hyphenate star has largely focused on her professional commitments and personal well-being.
The move into the new residence is being viewed as another milestone in that transit
