Raviv Ullman eager for ‘Phil of the Future’ revival
Raviv Ullman is considering revisiting the iconic Disney Channel show
Two decades later, Raviv Ullman expresses interest in revisiting the Disney Channel series that launched his career.
The Phil of the Future star mentioned he’s “really proud of what we created” in the comedy series that aired from 2004 to 2006.
The show followed a futuristic family from 2121 who end up stranded in suburban California when their time machine malfunctions during their time-traveling vacation.
“I don’t have the answer,” he stated to People regarding a possible reboot. “If they reached out, I would definitely say yes. I hold a lot of affection for the Phil of the Future team and cast. I still stay connected with Aly [Michalka], Amy [Bruckner], and everyone, and I’m very proud of what we achieved.”
Ullman continued, “If opportunities arose to explore it again, I’d be on board. We're incredibly proud of what we made, and it's amazing that people are still talking about it—it truly is a gift.”
Crafted by Douglas Tuber and Tim Maile, Phil of the Future also featured Aly Michalka, with Brenda Song, Evan Peters, and Kay Panabaker making appearances in recurring roles.
In 2017, Michalka commented on the idea of reuniting with her co-stars, “Why not? Reunions seem to be trending these days. I'm not against it. It’s an amusing thought. I’m not sure how they’d handle the storyline, but I’d be open to it.”
