Christina Aguilera stuns with new hair and dramatic weight loss reveal
Christina has experienced a remarkable change over the past few years
Christina Aguilera recently dazzled at an event, proudly showcasing her new appearance after shedding over 40lbs.
Christina, 45, has experienced a remarkable change over the past few years, having lost nearly three stone – and she’s now confidently displaying her amazing transformation.
At the Breakthrough Prize Ceremony in Santa Monica on Saturday, Christina made a striking appearance on the red carpet in a dress that seemed to stay in place by sheer luck.
Appearing much younger than her age and reminiscent of her heyday in the 2000s, Christina beamed and posed for the photographers.
Her stylish choppy bob, resting neatly on her jawline alongside a crisp fringe, gave the singer a refreshed and youthful look.
She donned a snug black dress that perfectly accentuated her svelte silhouette. The outfit featured a leather bodice with a delicate chiffon skirt.
With a hand placed confidently on her hip, Christina exuded style while sending air kisses to the admirers.
Her makeup was kept simple with subtle eye shadows, a nude pink lip, and gentle brows.
Her fiancé, Matthew Rutler, who has been her partner since 2010, was also in attendance and gave her a sweet peck on the cheek during the event.
Christina enhanced her look with a bold necklace, several rings, and sandal-style heels.
Christina shed over 40 pounds prior to her Las Vegas residence in 2024, leaving fans amazed by her significantly leaner look.
At the time, one insider shared with Life & Style that the artist had limited her daily calorie intake to 1,600 calories.
They further commented that Christina maintained a “vigorous” workout routine daily.
“Christina felt less energetic with the extra pounds,” they noted.
“There’s a concern she might regain the weight, but she enjoys all the attention she’s receiving.”
Despite her smaller frame, Christina previously expressed that she didn’t want to be as slim as she was in her younger years.
In a May 2021 discussion, Christina remarked, “We all have times when we feel positive or less so about ourselves.
“Upon entering this industry, I disliked being overly thin,” during a chat with Health Magazine.
“Looking back at old photos can be tough, remembering times of insecurity,” the performer admitted.
“I would never want to return to my 20s — you’re often lost in overthinking and building self-assurance.”
