The prominent American recording artist Chris Brown has issued a defiant response to critics currently targeting his upcoming joint tour with fellow R&B star Usher.

Taking to his official Instagram Story on Sunday, the musician addressed what he described as "rage-bait pages" that have been mocking individuals for choosing to attend the highly anticipated concert series.

Addressing the online backlash directly, Brown expressed his bewilderment at the level of scrutiny surrounding his supporters.

"The funniest and the weirdest shit ever to me is the fact that people have the option to come to my tour and the option not to," he wrote.

The artist went on to suggest that the venues would be filled with dedicated enthusiasts, stating that he knows "everyone who is a fan of him and Usher will definitely be in the building, and it will be packed just like last year."

The rapper further criticised the motivations of those posting negative content on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, specifically targeting "fake woke stand up for nothing pages bashing people for wanted to come have a good time."

In a characteristically blunt conclusion to his message, Brown dismissed the detractors by adding: "BUT THE KARENS, and the self hating hoes be making me LAUGH. I CANT WAIT TO RUB THIS SHIT IN YALL FACE."

The joint tour, titled R&B, is scheduled to commence on 26 June 2026 at the Empower Field at Mile High in Denver.

This collaboration follows Brown's successful solo ventures and his continued commercial relevance within the global music industry.
