Grey's Anatomy's heartthrob secretly marries stunning co-star 6 years after divorce

Grey's Anatomy actor Jesse Williams has quietly tied the knot with actress Alejandra Onieva in a discreet ceremony.

TMZ reveals that the couple, who crossed paths last year during the shooting of ‘Hotel Costiera’ in Italy, opted for an intimate and low-key wedding.

The Sun has reached out to the representatives of both for comments.

The couple has been together for under a year, having made their public debut at the series' premiere in Rome last September.

The Amazon action series Hotel Costiera, set against the beautiful backdrop of the Amalfi Coast, stars Jesse as Daniel De Luca, an ex-Marine tasked with rescuing the kidnapped daughter of a hotel owner.

Spanish actress Alejandra, 33, took on a role in two episodes as Sheryl, the spouse of American billionaire Aaron Tarsky, who disappears at sea.

Despite favourable reviews, the show wasn't renewed for another season.

Portraying Dr. Jackson Avery, Jesse, 44, was previously married to Aryn Drake-Lee, and they share two kids: Sadie, 12, and Maceo, 10.

The marriage unraveled after the arrival of their second child, with Jesse seeking a divorce in 2017.

It led to a contentious custody dispute, with Jesse asserting in court papers obtained by Us Weekly: “Aryn limits my access to the children and dictates when and for how long I can be with them.

“She has denied without reason, every proposal I've made for the children to spend the night at my home.”

The divorce extended over three years before it was concluded in 2020, with the ex-couple agreeing on shared custody and dividing their assets.

He had previously denied infidelity rumors, stating: “I was in a relationship for 13 years—real years, not five or seven, but 13. Suddenly, outsiders are criticizing that I ended a 13-year relationship—the most painful experience of my life, involving a person I genuinely loved—claiming I abandoned her and my family for a colleague who happens to be attractive.”

In 2022, Jesse requested a reduction in his $40,000 monthly child support due to a decrease in earnings since his Grey’s Anatomy days.

The judge approved, lowering the amount to $6,413 a month.
