Influencer Estee Williams’ 8-month-old daughter Estelle dies after heart transplant struggles

Influencer Estee Williams is mourning the death of her 8-month-old daughter, Estelle, who had been battling a severe congenital heart condition and was previously placed on a heart transplant list.

Williams, 29, announced her daughter’s passing in an Instagram Stories post on Saturday, May 30, sharing a photo of herself holding Estelle and writing, “Until we meet again, my sweet Estelle,” alongside an angel wings emoji.

In a statement to People, Williams confirmed that Estelle died from multiple organ failure after spending months in intensive care and relying on hospital life-support systems. Estelle had been born on Sept. 5, 2025, with ventricular septal defect (VSD), a congenital heart defect that affects blood flow in the heart.

According to prior updates shared by the family, Estelle was diagnosed just days after birth and required ongoing intensive treatment, including multiple surgeries and prolonged hospitalization in pediatric care.

Her condition worsened after she experienced cardiac arrest in December 2025, which led to her being placed on life support. At the time, medical teams determined she would remain hospitalized until she could receive a heart transplant.

Estelle was later listed as Status 1A, the highest priority category for transplant patients, but her eligibility shifted multiple times in recent months due to complications affecting other organs.

In April 2026, Williams shared that her daughter had been removed from the transplant list, later briefly returned, and then removed again after her condition deteriorated.

Williams previously described the emotional toll of the ongoing medical uncertainty, while continuing to express hope that her daughter would regain transplant eligibility.

Despite periods of improvement following additional surgeries, Estelle’s health remained critical.

The infant had undergone an “extremely difficult and delicate” open-heart surgery at just 11 weeks old, according to family updates shared earlier in her treatment journey.
