Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi have taken their blossoming romance across the Pacific, with the celebrity couple photographed together at a ramen restaurant in Tokyo, Japan.

The 30-year-old model and the 28-year-old actor were pictured at Udon Shin, a popular Tokyo eatery, where they posed for a cheerful snapshot alongside three members of staff.

The restaurant shared the photo on its Instagram page on Monday, captioning it: "Thank you so much for visiting our store."

All smiles in matching outfits

In the image, both Jenner and Elordi wore plain black t-shirts and smiled broadly at the camera as they sat with bowls of ramen before them.

The Euphoria star leaned towards Jenner, who rested against the wall beside him. Elordi also wore a blue baseball cap, with a pair of sunglasses perched on the brim.

The three restaurant staff members gave a thumbs-up in the photo, which quickly attracted a wave of warm comments from fans rooting for the couple.

"Theyre even posing the same way," one commenter wrote, while another gushed, "they match together so well."

Hawaii date preceded Tokyo trip

The Tokyo outing came just a fortnight after Jenner and Elordi were spotted together on a beach date in Hawaii.

During that getaway, Jenner was seen in a bikini and sunglasses, seated on a towel beside a shirtless Elordi on a private beach. The Kardashians star took a swig straight from a wine bottle whilst deep in conversation with Elordi.

A source told Page Six that the Hawaii trip brought the pair considerably closer, with the romance becoming noticeably more serious in its wake.

"Kendall really didn't expect to be this into him this fast, but Hawaii kind of changed everything," the insider said. "They got super close on that trip, and it definitely made their connection stronger. It's becoming a lot more serious than she expected."

Friends and family give their seal of approval

Those closest to Jenner have made no secret of their support for the new relationship. According to insiders, the Frankenstein actor has won over her entire inner circle — a factor that carries significant weight for the model.

A source told Page Six: "One of the biggest things for Kendall when she dates someone is how they fit in with the people closest to her because her friends and inner circle really mean everything to her."

"Everyone genuinely likes him," the source added of Elordi, describing him as "super easygoing and down to earth, he goes with the flow and pretty much gets along with everybody, so it's never felt forced or awkward at all."

"Her friends and family can see how much she likes him," the insider further noted.

Double date with Kylie and Timothée

The couple have also been socialising with Jenner's family. Last month, Jenner and Elordi joined her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, and Kylie's partner, Timothée Chalamet, for a double date in Los Angeles. In photos obtained by Page Six, the group was photographed driving together following a private Fanatics party.

Insiders also revealed to Page Six that Jenner's close friends Justin and Hailey Bieber are equally supportive of the new romance.

Biebers played matchmaker

The connection between Jenner and Elordi reportedly traces back to the Biebers' social circle. According to insiders, Justin and Hailey Bieber played a key role in bringing the two together, having encouraged the match with the support of their mutual friends. The pair were first seen kissing at Justin Bieber's Coachella afterparty in April.
