The dubious concert stage actions of Morgan Wallen throughout his "Still the Problem" concert tour persisted on Friday, when he snatched a mobile phone straight from the grasp of a female security staff member and hurled it across the performance area.

The country music vocalist seemed displeased about being filmed by the employee during his stadium gig at Acrisure Stadium located in Pittsburgh. In a video clip recorded by an audience member, the guard extended both of her hands backward whilst she filmed Wallen as he sang.

Wallen initially signaled toward the device prior to stepping away, but he subsequently returned and yanked the smartphone from the hand of the guard. He then forcefully flung the item across the stage floor.

According to the TikTok account holder jcroo419, who uploaded a recording of the event, a concertgoer had actually passed her device to the staff member to hand over to Wallen, who then "launched it."

“I get it… security should be doing security things, but….,” the social media user commented. Page Six contacted the representative for Wallen but did not get an immediate reply.

Sudden Show Cancellation

The thirty-three-year-old artist unexpectedly called off his subsequent evening performance in Pittsburgh on Saturday, though he maintained that the decision resulted from local weather patterns rather than any "nonsense" internet gossip about his actions.

“This morning, my team walked on the bus and told me they had been consulting with local officials and that I should cancel my show in Pittsburgh tonight and I said, ‘Why?’” he explained within a clip uploaded to his Instagram Stories.

“They said that there was going to be strong winds in the area, and I said, ‘OK.’ So, that is what I did in that moment, and I trusted my team,” he added. Wallen elaborated that his massive stage setup "could become fatal" to individuals in the vicinity if the atmospheric conditions worsened.

“I’ve been seeing a lot of nonsense about me that is simply not true, and I just wanted to clear the air,” he explained.

Musical Equipment Damage

The performance cancellation took place mere days following a separate instance where Wallen had an emotional outburst on stage whilst performing in Denver. During the rendition of his track “Sand in My Boots,” his piano seemingly suffered a technical fault, which meant he had to conclude the melody a cappella style.

He afterwards strolled back to the instrument and shoved it roughly twelve inches before completely overturning and smashing it to pieces. He later made light of the destruction in a TikTok post the following afternoon, presenting himself alongside a replacement instrument.

“Hey, I just want you to know that right now this piano is working,” he stated, before adding with a sarcastic tone, “That’s what they told me last night, too.”
