Taylor Swift attended Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Wednesday night without fiancé Travis Kelce, who was more than a thousand miles away in Kansas City, Missouri, fulfilling a mandatory three-day minicamp commitment with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Page Six first reported that Swift would attend, with a source exclusively telling the outlet hours before tip-off: "She's a huge fan of the Knicks and really wants to be there to support them. She is going with friends."

Swift goes courtside with the Haim sisters

Swift was joined by longtime friends Este Haim and Alana Haim for the highly anticipated clash between the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs. The trio sat courtside alongside Ben Stiller, Hailey Bieber, Kylie Jenner, Timothée Chalamet and other celebrity Knicks fans. All three wore matching shirts carrying Knicks-themed puns, with Swift's reading "Stevie Knicks" — a nod to the legendary musician Stevie Nicks.

Page Six also revealed that Wu-Tang Clan performed at the halftime show during the game.

Kelce committed to Chiefs training

Kansas City Chiefs Tight End Travis Kelce, 36, and his teammates began their training session at the University of Kansas Health System Training Complex on Tuesday, with the minicamp scheduled to wrap on Thursday.

The same commitment also kept Kelce away from Tuesday's Toy Story 5 premiere in Los Angeles, where Swift, also 36, made a surprise appearance in an off-the-shoulder, crystal-embellished dress that drew widespread attention.

Swift had contributed an original song, "I Knew It, I Knew You," to the Pixar sequel ahead of its release.

MSG: From Finals to wedding venue

The couple's connection to Madison Square Garden runs deeper than basketball. Page Six previously reported that Swift and Kelce are set to marry at MSG during the July 3 weekend, making Wednesday's outing a visit to their future wedding venue. The pair had previously turned Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals in Cleveland, Ohio, into a date night last month.

A source stressed to Page Six that when choosing the venue for their nuptials, "privacy was of No. 1 importance to them both." In a further effort to limit leaks, Swift reportedly personally called guests to extend invitations ahead of the big day. The couple got engaged in August 2025 following two years of dating.
