How Salma Hayek maintains her 24-inch waistline at 57?

Salma Hayek, who is known for her role in the biopic Frida, has left fans in awe as she unveils the closely guarded secret to maintaining her stunning 24-inch waistline at the age of 57.

During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the Grown Ups starlet disclosed that her method for maintaining her physique isn't rooted in rigorous physical exercise but rather in the contemplative and spiritual discipline of meditation.

Hayek revealed, “I really believe it is. People say it’s exercising. I think it’s meditation.”

She further confessed, ““You have to find your way. For me, exercising is hard,” adding, “It’s really, really difficult to have the discipline to do it. But meditation is a walk in the park, because it’s my own form of it.”

Hayek further explained that she follows this regimen on a daily basis and makes sure to carve out moments for introspection and self-reflection.

The From Dusk Till Dawn actress had previously expressed her enthusiasm for the mindfulness technique during a July appearance on Kelly Ripa's SiriusXM podcast, Let's Have an Unrecorded Conversation.

She revealed at that time, “When I don’t [meditate] for some time, guess what? Not only [does] the face starts to drop and everything starts to drop, [but also] my herniated disc, the problem in my neck, the problem in my hip, my ankles [comes back]. I start breaking down.”

Hayek detailed that she has reached a stage in her meditation regime where she experiences a sensation of energy gracefully "moving" throughout her body.

She excitedly exclaimed, “Sometimes when I’m doing it, people tell me when I come out of the room, ‘Oh my God, you look 20 years old,'”

Hayek also shared that she has never undergone Botox treatments, opting instead for "frequency machines" in combination with her meditation routines.

The Black Mirror   star disclosed, “The people that do the machines say that the results I get, they don’t get with other people.”
