E! Instagram shared Blanco's removal on video, though the absence of audio leaves the cause of his removal unclear.
The 35-year-old music producer, clad in a dark blue trench coat over a grey ensemble, was standing alongside Gomez just before she was set to make her red carpet appearance.
He stood on the sidelines as his girlfriend prepared, adorned in a breathtaking Oscar de la Renta gown.
Blanco exchanged words with Gomez as she approached the red carpet, and the camera captured him blowing kisses to her.
After his gesture, Blanco responded to a comment from an off-camera individual, which the camera captured as it refocused on Gomez.
When the camera returned to Blanco, he was observed being guided away from the location, although he did not seem visibly distressed.
