Reese Witherspoon is reportedly taking things slow following her divorce from Jim Toth
Reese Witherspoon is beginning to date again and expresses a desire to "settle down again" following her divorce from Jim Toth.
According to the Us Weekly, a source revealed that "Reese hasn’t been out on too many dates, but she’s been set up with a few friends of friends."
The insider also told that the Big Little Lies actress is "taking things very slowly," while the another shared that Reese is "excited" about the possibility of a new relationship following her 2023 separation from the 53-year-old producer.
However, getting back into the dating scene has been "surreal" for Reese, considering her nearly 12 years of marriage.
Mentioning that "for now, there’s no pressure" for the Wild star to get into a serious relationship, the source added, "In an ideal world, she’d love to meet someone special in 2024 and eventually settle down again."

As Reese approaches the one-year mark since her divorce, the insider noted that the 47-year-old actress has a "very chill approach" to romance.

Reese and Jim announced their separation in March 2023, just two days before what should have been their 12th wedding anniversary.
The former couple have a son named Tennessee, who was born in September 2012.
They shared the split news in a joint statement on Instagram, noting, "We have some personal news to share … It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce."
"We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness and mutual respect for everything we have created together," the statement added.
