'Supernatural' cast to reunite after major announcement

Supernatural actors, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins have sent their longtime fans into a major frenzy after news hit that the trio might be reuniting after their hit drama series ended after 15 seasons in 2020.

On February 26, the trio got together to share an exciting announcement in a reel which left their fans psyched. 

In a collaborative post, with the 46-year-old actor and musician and the official page of The Boys, shared on the app captioned, "Season 5 just got a bit more supernatural," indicating that the three actors will be reuniting on the fifth and final season of the superhero drama series.  

The clip started off with Jensen, who was already a part of the show, joining the cast in season 3 as Soldier Boy, speaking to his former co-star, saying, "Hey, Jared. We got work to do…again."

Cutting to the 42-year-old actor, who responds with, "Okay. I'll tell Misha." While addressing the 50-year-old actor, he panned the camera, showing a glimpse of the iconic Chevrolet Impala used by Jensen's character, Dean, in the show, painted with witchcraft symbols on the open trunk.

After which Misha appeared on the screen, and quipped with a simple, "Okay," as he flashed a smile.

Fans couldn’t contain their excitement as they flooded the comment section, saying, "Alexa, play Carry On Wayward Son."

"You are the whole reason I even watched The Boys, this is exciting," another penned.

A third stated, "Close enough! Welcome back Supernatural finale."
