You won’t believe what these celebrities did before Hollywood
Nicole Kidman, Megan Fox and some other celebs who had odd jobs before becoming famous

Before their names lit up Hollywood, some A-list stars were working very relatable, and sometimes hilarious jobs.
From sandwich making to suiting up as fruit, these stars prove that humble beginnings can lead to extraordinary careers.
Nicole Kidman
Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman once trained as a massage therapist, but her story began in a deeply personal way.
“When you go through radiation you get terrible seizure of the muscles, so I took the massage course and then I liked doing it, so I started to go around to people's houses and do massages,” Kidman told The Daily Beast in 2017, recalling how her mother’s breast cancer diagnosis first led her to the field.
The actress also admitted she still loves giving massages to this day.
Megan Fox
Before starring in blockbuster films, Megan Fox’s “only real job” involved standing by a Florida highway in a banana costume to promote a smoothie shop.
“Once a week, usually on Fridays, someone had to dress up as a piece of fruit and go out and stand by the highway. I was a banana, a giant banana,” she revealed on The Ellen Show in 2012.
In true Ellen DeGeneres fashion, Fox was hilariously surprised mid-interview when a staffer in a banana suit jumped out to scare her.
Hugh Jackman
Before becoming Wolverine, Hugh Jackman was putting smiles on kids’ faces as a party clown. He even shared proof on Instagram in 2015, captioning a throwback photo, “Damning proof I used to do clowning.”
But that wasn’t his only pre-Hollywood gig. Jackman also taught physical education at a high school something he confirmed in 2013 when he unexpectedly ran into one of his former students.
Margot Robbie
Long before playing Harley Quinn, Margot Robbie worked at Subway and she took the job seriously.
“I think I was really good at it though, because I, you know, would really spread everything out to the edges evenly, the right amount of everything,” Robbie shared on Hot Ones.
Now, however, she finds it hard to eat there. “Like, I actually don't go that often anymore, because I watch them make it badly — and I'm upset,” she admitted.
