Simon Pegg, Pom Klementieff reflect on 'Mission Impossible' journey
'Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning' is slated to release on Friday, May 22

Simon Pegg and Pom Klementieff recently shared their thoughts on wrapping their long journey of Mission: Impossible.
For those unversed, the upcoming movie, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning will be the eight and potentially the final part of the franchise.
While giving an interview to CBS Mornings on Wednesday, May 21, for the promotion of the upcoming movie, the duo shared their sentiments.
"It's bittersweet. We've been working so hard. And here we are, and it's coming out. There's a sense of sort of achievement and completion, but also a sense like we're not going to hang out so much anymore," Pegg shared.
It is pertinent to mention that the 55-year-old actor has been with the franchise for nearly two decades, filming his first scene in 2005.
Klementieff, 39, gave a shout-out to the stunt team, saying, "We had an amazing stunt team."
"We took the time to rehearse, to do the high kicks, to rehearse the whole choreography," she added.
The French actress revealed that due to her commitment to performing stunts, she has been honoured with the nickname of Pom Cruise, as Tom Cruise is best known for performing his own stunts.
Elsewhere in the interview, Klementieff also took a moment to praise the Top Gun actor.
"His passion, his fire, his good energy ... on set, it makes you be even better," she shared.
It is worth noting that Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is scheduled to release on Friday, May 22.
