Brad Pitt makes shocking confession about his sexuality: 'it was a difficult time'

Brad Pitt made a shocking confession about his sexuality during an interview.

In his appearance at the Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard podcast on Monday, June 22, the Meet Joe Black actor candidly revealed, “You know I’ve never had a gay experience”

Brad referring to host Dax Shepard added, “I kind of missed that window, but if I did, it wouldn’t be you.”

The Troy star joked that if he had to choose Dax, he would rank him as his 14th or 15th choice.

In response to this the Parenthood star said, “I don’t want to brag, but you’re going to need to build up to me, I do recommend you start with some starters.”

In a candid moment on the podcast, Brad opened up about attending his first Alcoholics Anonymous meeting after his split from ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

The Moneyball alum claimed that he was “pretty much on his knees, to wake the f–k up in some areas”

He recalled realizing he needed to make significant changes, saying, “I was trying anything and everything, anything anyone threw at me. … It was a difficult time. I needed rebooting.”

Brad didn’t specify when he attended his first AA meeting, he had previously revealed to the New York Times that it was shortly after their 2016 separation.

Recalling the meeting, the Ocean’s Eleven star said, “It gives you permission to go, ‘OK, I’m gonna step out on this edge and see what happens.’ And then I really grew to love it.”

Brad Pitt finalized his divorce with Angelina Jolie in December 2024 and they share six children, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.
