Regina Hall recounts sharing screen with Leonardo DiCaprio
'One Battle After Another' starring Regina Hall and Leonardo DiCaprio will hit theaters on September 26
Regina Hall has recently offered a rare insight into her experience working with the Titanic superstar Leonardo DiCaprio in her forthcoming movie, One Battle After Another.
The 54-year-old American actress told PEOPLE about the atmosphere of sharing a set with the 50-year-old Academy Award-winning actor.
"It was amazing," Hall said, referring to her professional relationship with DiCaprio.
The Scary Movie actress also also spoke highly of the director, Paul Thomas Anderson, saying that she's "a big fan" of the acclaimed writer-director.
"I was so excited to be a part of a movie that he was making," she remarked.
Hall also told the publication that she was "incredibly curious" while reading the script.
"'What is this movie?' There's a lot of laughter, strong messaging, humour, wit," the Think Like A Man performer revealed.
It is pertinent to mention that the upcoming movie is reportedly based on Thomas Pynchon's 1990 novel Vineland, and is produced by Warner Bros.
PEOPLE described the movie as "a group of ex-revolutionaries who reunite to face an enemy resurfacing after 16 years."While it also features a star-studded cast, including Benicio del Toro, Teyana Taylor, Sean Penn, Alana Haim, Chase Infiniti, Wood Harris, and more.
One Battle After Another, starring Regina Hall and Leonardo DiCaprio, will be released in theatres on September 26, 2025.
