Hailey Bieber supports Justin Bieber during surprise album journey
Justin Bieber released his latest album on July 11

Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber are making sure to serve real couple goals as they celebrate the weekend following the release of the 31-year-old pop sensation’s first solo album, Swag, in more than four years.
It is pertinent to mention that he released the album on Friday, July 11.
A close insider told PEOPLE that the Peaches crooner and the 28-year-old Rhode founder are not only celebrating the album itself, but also the fact that Justin made the record entirely on his terms.
"Hailey was by Justin's side for the whole creation of the album," a source told the outlet.
The tipster added, "Everyone knows Justin as a star and a performer. They now get to know the artist that Hailey has known all these years."
The confidant revealed that the Sorry singer felt truly empowered to make the kind of album he's always wanted, following the end of his professional relationship with former manager, Scooter Braun.
Justin experienced a new creative process, during which he got to "run his show" by personally selecting the musicians and producers he collaborated with, using only live vocals and instruments to create a more "stripped-down" style.
"Hailey supported Justin to follow his artistic instincts," the source said, adding, "She helped him to trust himself and do what Justin knew he wanted to do as an artist."
It is worth mentioning that Swag comprises a total of 21 songs, featuring prominent artists like Gunna, Sexxy Red, and more.
A source previously told PEOPLE that Justin intended the songs to be "darker, more vulnerable and less polished" than his previous music, but "in no way depressing."
In addition, Swag marks Justin Bieber's first solo album since becoming a father. He and Hailey Bieber welcomed their first child together in August 2024.
