Adam Sandler remembers 'legend' Ozzy Osbourne following his tragic death
Adam Sandler and Ozzy Osbourne worked together in 'Little Nicky'

Adam Sandler has recently extended his condolences for his Little Nicky co-star Ozzy Osbourne’s sudden passing.
It is pertinent to mention that the frontman of pioneering heavy metal band Black Sabbath has died in the UK at the age of 76.
The unfortunate news comes just weeks after the band played their farewell performance in the late musician’s hometown, Birmingham.
Sandler, 58, took to his Instagram handle to pay an emotional tribute to his late costar.
"Whether we were in our basements with our brothers, in the woods with our buddies, in the car, at a keg party, on a boat, at football practice, at a sleepover," the Happy Gilmore actor wrote, sharing a throwback image from the 2000 film in which Osbourne made a surprise cameo.
Sandler remembered the artist, saying, "Nobody was more badass to crank up on our speakers than the one and only prince of darkness - Ozzy Osborne!"
The Big Daddy performer went on to say, "Loved him a lot like we all did! Sending love to the family and so happy to have spent time with the legend himself."
He concluded the post by praying for Osbourne's soul, writing, "RIP."
Notably, on Tuesday, July 22, Ozzy Osbourne’s family announced his passing in a statement that read, "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."
