Coldplay frontman Chris Martin dedicated a cover of Black Sabbath’s song to the late Ozzy Osbourne during his concert at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

On Tuesday, July 22, Chris dedicated the cover of soft rock 1972 ballad’s Changes to the late legendary star.

As per a fanmade video on TikTok,the Wandering Talk said, “We'd like to dedicate this whole show to the incredible genius, talent, and character called gift to the world who was Ozzy Osbourne. We send our love to his family.”

After performing the ballad song Chris noted, “Ozzy, we love you, wherever you're going."

Ozzy revealed in his 2011 autobiography I Am Ozzy that the song's lyrics were inspired by guitarist Bill Ward's first marital breakup. He co-wrote the lyrics with bassist Geezer Butler.

Chris's tribute came on the same day when the late singer’s family shared the heartbreaking news of his death.

“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," Ozzy's family announced in an official statement.

" He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time," the statement added.

Ozzy Osbourne Black Sabbath front died at the age of 76 in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
