Katy Perry reveals her pre-show beauty secret in new exciting video

Katy Perry revealed a pre-show skincare hack as she prepared to hit the stage of The Lifetimes Tour show in Canada.

On Wednesday, July 23, the Dark Horse singer took to her Instagram account to offer glimpses into her  beauty routine.

The hilarious clip showed the singer  plunging her face in a bowl of ice water while breathing through a blue tube and a timer for how long Katy could keep her face in the freezing water.

After 18 seconds, Katy pulled her red face out of the ice water then dipped it back in for another 8 seconds and then declared she was done.

She said, “It hurts my brain, I'm done, I tried to look better for you Canada, I don't care.”

The Last Friday Night hitmaker claimed that the ice water facial was a beauty treatment, though her team's reaction suggested they weren't entirely sold on the idea, with one person could be heard saying it was “so stupid.”

“OH BOY CANADA HERE WE COME, EH,” the mother-of-one captioned the post.

Shortly after the post was shared on Katy's Instagram her fans flooded the comment section with words of praises.

One fan wrote, "I can’t stop watching this! I love you"

"lol don’t worry Mother … you know I fall for those IG adds ALLLLLL the time!!!", another noted.

A third user commented, "Girl?! You were a warrior. I couldn't even stand 10 ily."

Katy Perry will kick off of her Canadian tour in Edmonton on July 24, followed by stops in Winnipeg on July 26 and Ottawa on July 29.
