Hulk Hogan’s sudden death sparks investigation

Wrestling Icon Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, passed away at the age of 71 on July 24, 2025, due to cardiac arrest at his residence in Clearwater, Florida.

The emergency team received a 911 call at 9:51 AM, giving a rapid response from the Clearwater Police  Department.

Medics worked on Hogan for 30 minutes, giving him CPR before rushing him to Morton Plant Hospital, where he passed away at 11:17 AM.

The Clearwater Police, under the direction of Major Nate Burnside, are doing a routine medical investigation but have discovered no evidence of wrongdoing.

The investigation is totally focused on identifying the reason behind Hogan's unexpected heart collapse.

Previously, in June 2025, Hogan underwent major neck surgery, and his wife, Sky Daily, denied rumors of a coma or any other severe complication.

Moreover,  the 2023 surgery that left him unable to feel his legs had raised concerns among fans.

WWE star Hogan, who was a six-time champion, made wrestling a global phenomenon in the 1980s and the first wrestler who won consecutive Royal Rumble matches, winning in 1990 and 1991.

The investigation continues as loved ones and fans honor Hogan’s legendary legacy.
