Broadway performer Ethan Slater is revealing just how much joining the cast of the upcoming film adaptation of Wicked has shifted his life 'in a huge way'.
The 33-year-old actor who gained fame for his role in SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical has shared that his foray into the world of Wicked has marked one of the most impactful experiences of his career.
Slater features as Boq in the eagerly awaited film along with cast members Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.
He shared that the film pushed him to evolve on his personal and professional fronts.

The performer further shared that the topics of friendship, love, and self-discovery, as portrayed in the story of Wicked, in some way struck a personal chord, and admitted that he never anticipated such a journey of personal reflection.
