Drake shares heartbreaking news with fans ahead of Anita Max Win tour
Drake's team makes another shocking announcement five months after shortening his Anita Max Win tour in February

Drake has officially cancelled the remaining Australian and New Zealand tour dates, five months after the rapper cut his tour short.
The singer’s Anita Max Win Tour, announced in November 2024, was set to be his first Oceania tour since 2017.
According to Billboard, the 16-date sold out tour kicked off in Australia in February 2025 with stops in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
The tour was set to conclude in early March with additional shows in Brisbane, Sydney and two nights in Auckland and New Zealand.
On February 26, Drake's team announced that the rest of the tour would be suspended due to a scheduling conflict as they were putting the remaining dates on hold.
Drake's representatives initially shared a statement that the team was "actively working on reorganizing these dates and adding some additional shows" but no further updates were provided.
Now, the ticket holders were informed on Tuesday, July 29, that the rest of Drake's tour would not be happening, bringing an end to months of waiting for updates.
The statement from Live Nation Australia reads, “Despite extensive efforts to find a solution, rescheduling within the necessary timeframe was not possible. Drake remains committed to returning and performing these shows when his schedule permits.”
Earlier this month Drake returned to stage as a part of his tour $ome $pecial $hows 4 U.K. tour alongside the rapper PartyNextDoor in support of their collaborative $ome $exy $ongs 4 U album.
The tour kicked off with a string of dates in England and will continue with more shows across Europe until the end of September.
However, a Manchester show scheduled for July 28 was recently postponed due to an "unseen ferry schedule" and is now rescheduled for August 5.
