Bizarre diets of the Kardashian-Jenner clan: Find out their secrets to fitness
Here's a breakdown of the shocking and often controversial diet habits of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters

The Kardashian and Jenner sisters are known for their sheer dedication and passion for fitness and healthy lifestyles, often employing strict patterns of dieting.
The sisters have been huge advocates of maintaining balanced lifestyles by incorporating the right amount of diet and workout.
Here are the strict regimens of the Kardashian- Jenner clan’s diet. Take a look:
Kourtney Kardashian's diet:
The 46-year-old reality TV star’s diet is mainly focused on being healthy and holistic, with a strong emphasis on organic, plant-based foods and cutting off processed foods, sugar, and dairy from her diet.
Kourtney also likes following few elements of Keto diet here and there, as well as intermittent fasting.
She has also experimented with a mostly vegan diet, while still allowing only occasional treats.
According to her lifestyle brand, Poosh, “If you’re thinking about becoming vegan, you can make the shift in small waves if that’s easier for you. Start by replacing meat with plant-based options once a week and increase from there.”
“Kourt admits when she first started, she couldn’t resist and had a baked crab handroll while at dinner during the first few weeks. It’s all about balance and finding how and when you’re comfortable with incorporating the changes into your lifestyle,” the mother of four wrote on her brand's website.
Kim Kardashian’s diet:
The 44-year-old reality TV star has been very transparent about following the Atkins diet, which primarily focuses on low-carbohydrate intake and emphasises the increased intake of protein and healthy fats.
For Kim, this was the only diet that played a pivotal role for her to lose 19 kilograms within a span of only three months, which she had gained during pregnancy, according to Telegrafi.
She has mentioned that Atkins diet is the only key to eating well and staying at the preferred weight you want.
The American socialite has reportedly followed a strict Atkins 40 plan, limiting net carbs to 40 grams per day, while consuming 113-170 grams of protein and 2-4 servings of fat, per South China Morning Post.
"Anyone who has had kids knows your body changes, and it's hard to get your body back in shape,” Kim told PEOPLE in 2016, adding, "It takes so much determination, and mental and physical power and energy."
Khloé Kardashian’s diet:
The 41-year-old reality TV star focuses on nutrient-dense, whole foods, protein-based meals, vegetables, and healthy fats while limiting herself from processed food and refined carbohydrates.
According to Khloé’s nutritionist, Dr Philip Goglia, “When it comes to nutrition and weight loss, it’s 80 percent in the kitchen and twenty percent in the gym,” per Vogue Australia.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star revealed that the turning point of her weight loss journey was understanding how her body reacted to certain foods. After a blood test, she worked with a nutritionist who advised her to limit carbohydrates in the evenings.
“It’s not that we couldn’t have carbs, but that we have to avoid them after around 4 p.m. Apparently, our bodies are not particularly good at breaking them down,” she wrote in her book, Strong Looks Better Baked.
Furthermore, Khloé shared that she has eliminated dairy, which has a visible impact on her energy levels and helped her lose 13 pounds.
She wrote, “The moment I cut out dairy, limiting myself only to almond milk, I felt transformed. Within a week, I had more energy than I’d had in months, and I was leaping out of bed in the morning, ready to seize the day,”
Kendall Jenner’s diet:
The 29-year-old supermodel doesn’t follow any specific diet but she has talked about which foods she eats.
According to SheFinds, Kendall’s trainer revealed that her breakfast usually consists of avocado over eggs or a bowl of oatmeal.
For lunch, she typically eats brown rice with grilled chicken and veggies. She also enjoys high calorie foods like fried chicken or pizza in moderation.
To satisfy her desire for snacking during the day, she eats hummus and veggies and chips and guacamole to keep her blood sugar levels steady.
She also enjoys occasional sweet treats, like a bar of Twix chocolate and Justin’s peanut butter cups.
Kendall revealed in a Vogue video that doesn’t consume cheese in an attempt to keep her skin clear, per Healthline.
Kylie Jenner’s diet:
Lastly, according to a 2021 Tiktok video posted by the 27-year-old makeup mogul, she likes to kick off her day with a large bowl of crunchy granola, natural yogurt, and fresh berries.
She also prefers to have a cup of matcha latte to accompany the firs meal of her day, which is believed to boost brain function and improve metabolism, according to Hello magazine.
For lunch, Kylie opts for a nutrient-packed salad for her midday meal, and for dinner she has a small portion of creamy chicken pasta, alongside leafy green side salad, fresh asparagus spears for iron intake, per the video.
