The ‘Only Murders in the Building' actress sends heartfelt message after Golden Globes honour
Selena Gomez recently extended her heartfelt gratitude for a major career accomplishment as an actress.
According to Billboard, the 33-year-old star has been nominated in the best TV actress category for her impressive performance in Only Murders in the Building.
Shortly after the exciting nod, Gomez took to Instagram on Monday, December 8, to share her joy.
"Thank you to the @GoldenGlobes for our recognition after 5 seasons! I’m deeply grateful and forever honoured," she wrote.
In her next story, the Disney alum posted an image with Martin Short and Steve Martin alongside a touching note.
“Thank you @GoldenGlobes from our wacky family,” she added.
Notably, Gomez portrays Mabel Mora, a young and witty artist living in the Arconia who teams up with Charles-Haden Savage, played by Steve Martin.
The series follows three strangers united by their love of true crime who become entangled in a real murder investigation after a death occurs inside their Upper West Side apartment building.
As they uncover clues and confront each other’s secrets, they begin to suspect that a killer may be living among them.
Only Murders in the Building premiered on August 31, 2021, followed by new seasons in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
