Justin Trudeau embraces boost of fame after Katy Perry romance confirmation

Justin Trudeau, Katy Perry’s new boyfriend, has reportedly been having the time of his life after their blossoming romance was confirmed.

According to a recent report by Page Six, a source close to the couple revealed that the 53-year-old former Canadian Prime Minister is already feeling “blessed” since becoming romantically involved with the 41-year-old pop icon.

Shortly after Perry made their relationship Instagram official, the insider claimed that Trudeau was "relishing the attention" that came with his connection to the Firework hitmaker.

"Star f****** is very much the Trudeau brand, I don’t think these things are hard to arrange when you’re in those circles," the tipster noted.

Another source revealed that Perry helped restore Trudeau’s confidence amid a significant decline in his popularity following his resignation under pressure from the Liberal Party at the start of the year.

The Roar songstress had confirmed her relationship with the former politician on Instagram, December 6.

It is worth noting that Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau have reportedly been dating since July of this year, after the pair were spotted sharing a dinner date together in Montreal, Canada.
