Hollywood has been left reeling after the devastating deaths of Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Reiner, who were found deceased at their residence in Brentwood, California on December 14.

“It is with profound sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of Michele and Rob Reiner. We are heartbroken by this sudden loss, and we ask for privacy during this unbelievably difficult time,” their family said in a statement to Variety.

Leaving behind a legacy of profound cinematic and television success, the late filmmaker is now being eulogised from every corner of the industry and beyond.
