Doja Cat has openly discussed her approach to relationships, expressing that she fully enjoys the dating experience and proudly labels herself a "serial dater."

In a recent interview with Vogue, the 30-year-old rapper—born Amala Dlamini—admitted she enjoys the process of meeting new people, even while choosing to keep details about her current partner private.

Her frank comments offered a glimpse into her evolving perspective on love and independence.

The Paint the Town Red hitmaker also credited therapy for helping reshape her outlook on relationships.

Rather than becoming emotionally dependent, Doja said she has learned to find peace in distance and uncertainty.

“I love when they leave,” she shared, explaining that therapy has helped her avoid seeking constant reassurance or answers.

According to the Grammy-winning artist, therapy has been transformative not only in her dating life but also in how she understands herself.

While she acknowledged she hasn’t “cured” everything, Doja emphasized that it has helped her cut through confusion and better recognize her own patterns and behaviors.

Doja, who was previously linked to actor Joseph Quinn, also reflected on how fame has changed her behavior—particularly on social media.

Known earlier in her career for her unfiltered and often confrontational online presence, she said she has since become more mindful of her words.

“With a big platform, you don’t want to hurt anybody,” she explained, noting that the responsibility that comes with fame has made her more cautious.
