Taylor Swift is set to make a high-profile appearance at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, adding further star power to an already stacked lineup after emerging as this year’s most-nominated artist.

The announcement was confirmed by iHeartMedia on March 19, revealing that Swift, who leads the nominations with nine nods, will attend the ceremony in person.

The awards, which celebrate the most-played artists and songs across iHeartRadio platforms, are scheduled to air live on FOX from the Dolby Theatre on March 26.

Joining Swift in the spotlight, rock legend John Mellencamp will be honored with the prestigious Icon Award and is also set to deliver a live performance during the ceremony.

The event’s performance lineup continues to grow, with Kehlani confirmed to take the stage alongside previously announced acts including Lainey Wilson, RAYE, and Alex Warren.

A highly anticipated collaborative performance featuring TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, and En Vogue will also mark a first-time joint appearance for the iconic groups.

Meanwhile, Ludacris will return as host of the ceremony while also being recognized with the Landmark Award.

The rapper previously expressed excitement about leading the event, teasing “special performances and surprise moments” for fans.

Additional honors will see Miley Cyrus receive the Innovator Award, while rising star Alex Warren is set to take home Breakthrough Artist of the Year.

Beyond performances, the ceremony will feature appearances from a wide range of celebrities, including Alysa Liu, NE-YO, Nicole Scherzinger, Nikki Glaser, Weezer, and Sombr.
