Cardi B swaps sugary drinks for Zevia, prioritizes health on Little Miss Drama tour
Zevia sponsors Cardi B’s Little Miss Drama Tour, with summer campaigns and ticket giveaways
Cardi B is taking her honesty and a new zero-sugar drink on the road.
The Grammy-winning rapper has partnered with Zevia in a multi-year collaboration, announced Friday, March 20.
Cardi B is both a shareholder and ambassador for the brand, which will serve as the official soda sponsor of her ongoing Little Miss Drama Tour.
The partnership includes a summer campaign, in-store activations, and potential new Zevia flavors, with ticket giveaways tied to her tour.
“I’m at a point in my career where everything matters, especially my mental and my [physical] health,” Cardi B told People exclusively. “I want to feel good, I want to look good, and that starts with what I’m putting in my body.”
The rapper, a mother of four, said she swapped sugary drinks for Zevia backstage. “Where I used to have a fridge full of sugary drinks, I’ve replaced them with Zevia.
Now it’s, ‘Hand me a Zevia, when I’m thirsty!’ Not that other s---,” she added.
Zevia’s zero-sugar and “no fake ingredients” approach aligns closely with Cardi’s unfiltered persona. “I don’t know how to be anything or anyone but myself,” she said.
“In this business, they’ll tell you, you gotta be something you're not to get further faster, and that's not true.”
Beyond representing the brand, Cardi B emphasized the importance of ownership. “There’s a real difference between being an ambassador for a brand and having ownership. When you have ownership in something, it’s empowering.
You feel like it’s yours — and when something is yours, you work harder for it.”
The rapper called the collaboration “a perfect reflection” of her current mindset. “I want the best of everything for myself. I deserve it. I worked for it,” she said.
Looking ahead, Cardi B remains open to new opportunities. “Anything is possible,” she teased, but one thing is certain: whether on stage or off, Cardi B is keeping it real — and keeping Zevia stocked.
