Russian influencer Masza Graczykowska dies at 25 in Warsaw apartment

Masza Graczykowska, a 25-year-old Russian content creator known for her lifestyle and fashion posts, was found dead on March 8 in her Warsaw, Poland, apartment, authorities confirmed.

Graczykowska, who had amassed more than 260,000 Instagram followers, had been largely absent from social media since late 2024. 

Her final post appeared on Instagram on November 17, 2024. The influencer was open about her mental health struggles, previously sharing on YouTube that she experienced intense grief after the loss of a pet and had been dealing with sedative use, though she reported being sober and under psychological care at the time.

A spokesperson for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw said that an autopsy revealed “no third-party involvement” in Graczykowska’s death. 

Additional tests have been ordered as part of the investigation, which initially opened as a manslaughter case, a standard procedure in Poland when a cause of death is undetermined. 

Authorities noted that her dog was present at the scene, was taken to a nearby shelter, and later returned to her family.

Fans and friends have paid tribute to Graczykowska online. “Your whole life was ahead of you,” one wrote on Instagram, while another commented, “Fly high, little angel, free from pain and suffering. I didn’t know you, but someone so young shouldn’t have to leave.”

Graczykowska’s sudden death has left the online community mourning a vibrant young creator whose work and personality touched thousands around the world.
